Allow AI Assistant to add "Quotes" and other highlights to interviews ad-hoc

It is possible to use the "AI Assistant" dropdown on an interview to suggest "Quotes" from the transcript to add into the Highlights section. It is not currently possible to have the AI Assistant generate Quotes or other highlights ad-hoc, such as from a note added beyond the transcript or another artifact shared with it in a chat. This would be helpful for users who are uploading other items, such as chat logs or customer discussions, and would like the AI Assistant to help pull out relevant quotes easily.
