What is the challenge? |
Project teams want to manage delivery directly within Aha! Teamwork, but essential project management concepts such as phases and milestones are not available / can be created in this product. These record types currently only exist in Aha! Roadmaps. This creates an inconsistency between top-down and bottom-up planning approaches. When a project is initiated in Roadmaps, a project manager can define the timeline with phases and milestones before assigning lower-level work. But when a project is initiated in Teamwork, it’s not possible to represent those same project structures. |

Describe your idea |
Enable phases and milestones to be created and managed directly in Aha! Teamwork |
This missing functionality is honestly very confusing to me. How can you plan projects without phases, somehow they have to be anchored to a roadmap? It doesn't make sense, and it results in cluttering up roadmaps workspaces with unnecessary features just so they can align with a phase.
