Option to add additional fields to Interview Schedule page

When scheduling interviews, the only fields offered for customers to fill out are Name and Email. We then have to manually fill in the Title and Organization they are part of. Why not have the customer fill this out on the Scheduling page?

Custom field creation for Interview Scheduling so we can use the specific fields we are needing to track. Calendly allows for custom fields as well. We're interested in an open text option as well as a selection and multiple choice option.
