Enable Initiatives as a record type for 'Add records' when Workspace is chosen as the primary record type for a report. Merged

I want to create a report which shows all the Products/Workspaces and which ones don’t have any initiatives. Or, alternatively, count the number of initiatives associated with each workspace. Therefore showing which ones have 0.

However I can’t get this to work as “Initiative” is not a child of “Workspace” in the Hierarchy. And if I put Initiatives as the top of the Hierarchy, then I don’t get the workspaces with no initiatives listed.

If 'Initiatives' were an option as a linked record when Workspace is added to the report configuration, then it would be possible.
