When creating or publishing a knowledge base, group document selection by workspace

When viewing documents that have the same name and prefix and documents may have moved between workspaces, it's difficult to tell which workspace the document actually resides in.

Users cannot reliably identify the correct document when multiple documents share the same name and prefix or have been moved between workspaces. This leads to selection errors and delays when publishing knowledge bases.

In the knowledge base document selector (screenshot attached), group documents by their current workspace and clearly display the workspace name for each document so users can confidently select the intended document when names/prefixes are duplicated or documents have moved between workspaces.
