Restrict assignable users by role inspaces work

Currently, when assigning records (features, stories, etc.) in a workspace, the dropdown list includes all users with access—regardless of their role (Owner, Contributor, Reviewer, Viewer). This can lead to mistakes, as Reviewers and Viewers are not meant to be assigned actionable work but still appear in the assignable list.

• Reduces the risk of assigning work to users who cannot complete or modify it

• Improves user experience for teams with large numbers of viewers/reviewers

• Ensures only relevant team members are visible in assignment dropdowns

• Helps maintain clean and actionable project management

Please add an option to restrict the list of assignable users to only those with specific roles (such as Contributor or Owner). This would prevent accidental assignment to users who cannot take action and improve overall workflow clarity.
