Add ability to filter the parent of a Document in reporting

Right now you can report on Documents, and report on document "Parent Name" but not filter on that field

We would like to be able to report on ToDos against documents (which we can do) but filtered to only certain parent documents.

I am using ToDos on documents to run a massive program, and i would like to only be able to report on todos from some documents, in this example a regular steering committee meeting which all sit under a parent folder.

Add the ability to filter Documents in reporting by Parent Name field
