Don't jump a record to the team board when it's In Progress and moved to a backlog in Aha! Teamwork

Currently a record disappears from the Backlog management page when it's dragged from Aha! Roadmaps and it's In Progress there. This is inconsistent with how workflow boards work in Aha! Roadmaps and could cause confusion.
