Improve prefix update process

Right now, if you want to reuse a workspace prefix, you have to follow many steps including deleting all previous records with the prefix assigned. This can prove challenging with parking lot releases that cannot be deleted or documents which are hard to locate. Global search does not yield results on exclusively pre-fix searches and users are not able to delete workspaces earlier than 30 days after archiving.

It is extremely difficult to reuse a prefix within the confines of what is allowed

Users should be able to easily search for what records remain with the old prefix or see these listed somewhere for easy identification. Or alternatively, provide the option to override the workspace archiving process to delete sooner.
