Bulk update "Location" for Features and Requirements

Currently, when features or requirements move between different stages (e.g., from Backlog Management to Prioritized Backlog), the "Location" field must be updated manually for each individual item. This is time-consuming and error-prone, especially when dealing with a large number of items.

Manual updates slow down backlog grooming and prioritization. It increases the chance of misaligned data, creates duplicate work, and makes it harder for product teams to keep their boards and reports accurate. The inefficiency compounds as the backlog grows, leading to wasted time and reduced clarity across stakeholders.

Enable bulk updating of the "Location" field for features and requirements. Similar to how bulk editing already works for other fields, users should be able to select multiple items and update their "Location" in a single action. This would streamline backlog management, reduce manual effort, and keep data consistent across workspaces.
