Current analytics only provide aggregated, anonymous counts - so we cannot tell if repeated searches/views are from one user struggling with the same issue, or many different users across organizations. |

Without this context is easy to misread the data. A popular article might just mean one person is stuck and keeps searching, or it could mean lots of customers need the same information. Not knowing who's using the knowledge base makes it hard to measure real demand or spot gaps. |

This would be a big help for us. We'd also like to be able to see knowledge base analytics by organization/contact so we can understand which of our customers are accessing the content (or not).
