Add custom fields to Interview record

Our researchers conduct a high volume of interviews and need ways to group and organize interviews so they are easier to manage and revisit over time. Today, the list of interviews for a study is only a single list that cannot be filtered or sorted on metadata aside from the interview status.

Researchers have a long single list of interviews for a given study and cannot easily group or locate interviews based on key metadata like location, customer organization, or product(s) in use- these are the types of metadata we would like to capture on the interview itself.

Add custom layout + custom field support for the Interview object, add filters to the top of the Interviews page to filter on specific metadata, and expose these fields via the reporting engine
