As a user, it is impossible to find the ticket I created as it disappears from view as soon as it is created. |

What is the impact? |
There is no possibility to open the ticket I just created. This it is impossible to search for it especially if we forgot the title or right keyword. We usually tag the idea number in other support systems. So, if we miss to capture the ID, it's going to be difficult to find it again. |
Describe your idea |
The newly created ticket should trigger an email notification to the creator. There should be an option in the UI that lists all the tickets that were recently accessed or opened by the author. The moment I hit 'Submit', it disappears from the view and thus we cannot track and update if we want. |
