Smart whiteboard areas with copyable AI prompts

My team needs to be able to add who, what, when, why of a problem statement using prompts and create problem statements using AI as much as possible but there will be multiple such instances and we need to create one and replicate for the rest

It will accelerate our problem statement processes

So if I created 4 columns with Ws and trained it with AI so when someone adds a Who leisurely, it automatically converts it into a good format that we fed through a prompt on the runtime. This should be done on as many columns as possible and then based on the prompts in the column and what people added to the cards, there will be a problem statement created by AI in a format as fed by the prompt

I would also need this entire space in a whiteboard to be copyable with the prompts intact so I can use the same for another problem statement
