Column width on list view changes

I have a list view saved that fits to my screen so I can see all columns. However, if I edit any of the items on the list the column width changes so some of the columns aren't visible.

Lower productivity as I need to scroll to the right to see the other columns

Keep the column width stable or enable the user to adjust the column width.
