Triggering an sync with Jira should include Comments when the field is mapped for an integration
What is the challenge? |
During a web hook outage or a bug all updates in Jira are on hold. After the outage we can trigger a sync at which point all mapped fields except "Comments" get updated. |

What is the impact? |
The whole point of the integration is that the comments and last updates are seen by stakeholders. This means a large number of comments have to be manually copied over to Aha! ideas... error prone, huge impact if done wrongly since ideas are customer facing in our case, arduous. |

Please include Jira "comments" in the sync triggered for mapped fields and include the time stamp so they are in the right order. |

Yes, we are experiencing issues in Jira due to which webhook updates don't reach Aha! or get timed out. Everything else gets synced using "Update Records" except the comments.
Comments for us are essential and it is cumbersome to get them in the system manually.
