Initiative field on the idea layout

Remembering to link the initiative to the idea after both have been created and having to click the Related link to view the initiative

Sometimes when we create ideas, we already have an existing initiative that the idea would nest under. Without having the Initiative field on the idea layout causes extra steps in adding the initiative after the idea is created and having to view it in the Related tab rather than the Overview tab
