Additional Filters/Headers In Reports Overview

What is the challenge?

I am trying to find report of mine that I haven't used in a while to delete them. But I don't want to delete any have been shared in the event the user is actually using it, and I don't want to delete any that are being used by a dashboard and/or other report. However, unless I click into each one, I don't know if they have been shared with my teammates, and/or are being used by a dashboard or other report.

What is the impact?

This is very time consuming and will take a while to do and to tell you the truth I just don't have an hour or two to leisurely stroll thru my reports to determine which ones can and cannot be deleleted. It would be nice if there was a quick visual way of finding the ones that could be deleted.

Describe your idea

Add Filters and/or Headers to the Reports page for:

• Used By (Yes, No, Any)

• Shared Internally (Yes, No, Any)

• Date Modified (need to be able to select ones that are older than xxxxx)
