Support custom interview types

What is the challenge?

Desire to define custom interview types that better fit the type of research/calls that they are undertaking.

What is the impact?

Be able to categorize and customize the types of interviews for a broader user group

Similar to how you can modify the options for type at the study level, would like to be able to modify the types offered for the interview level
