Ideally, Aha! could do with a much more sophisticated automation engine connected to AI (whether Elle or an external Enterprise AI approved by the organisation) that can deliver complex, multi-step automations that require field analysis, context comprehension and then deliver specific actions and referrals to humans. Something like this could be achieved with an integration to tools like Zappier or n8n (or whatever).
