Change placeholder text for knowledge search

What is the challenge?

Current search control has placeholder text that is hard-coded to read "Search or ask AI a question." We have disabled the AI function in our knowledge base. This placeholder text does not change.

What is the impact?

This is confusing and misleading to the end-user

Describe your idea

Allow knowledge base admins to update the text for their search placeholder OR remove reference to AI if the AI feature is not enabled.
