Lock pagination buttons on Prioritization view

What is the challenge?

When I have a horizontal scroll on the Prioritization view, the pagination actions (page number select and "Next"/"Last" buttons) scroll off the page.

What is the impact?

I panic that I've lost records or get frustrated that I think I have a filter applied but can't figure it out

Lock the pagination action buttons on the left so they are visible even on a horizontal scroll.
