Improve the UI to Add Aha Develop Users

What is the challenge?

The process to add Aha Develop Users is confusing and doesn't flow well

What is the impact?

I couldn't add people without putting in a helpdesk ticket

Describe your idea

The UI should be MUCH clearer on how to add users as a Aha Develop users... The only way to do it today is to first add the user as a free "Viewer" in Roadmaps and then go back into their user settings and add them as a contributor against the Develop "Team".. This UI flow is very clunky and NOT obvious to your customers/users.
