My goal of adding custom to-do categories in My Work view is to enable me to use To-do for all my tasks, including daily tasks. If a custom to-do filter is available I would be able to filter all my tasks and focus my actions based on task type. For example, If I have a list of tasks from different projects that are all related to Engineering department, I can filter by Engineering category and settle all the tasks in one meeting without missing any of them. The custom-filed for reports would work, but is not very user-friendly as I would be on My Work view most of the time. |
