What is the challenge? |
Our portal crosses many workspaces. We would like to create a custom page on the portal that shares notes from each of those under one folder. In Note folders today, you can include linked documents from other workspaces. But those linked documents don't show on the portal page. |
What is the impact? |
To workaround this today we have to maintain all the documents in one central workspace. It means that users can have access to documents they should not be able to edit. And it is not efficient for product manages to go find and update documents in a different workspace. |
Describe your idea |
Show linked Aha! documents in other workspaces on the ideas portal page. Teams can then author documents in their own workspace, and a link from the central note can include documents used across workspaces. |
