"Related Feedback" field should have the ability to link to related feedback items

What is the challenge?

Our field team would like to link related feedback items together, however the field currently is Free Text, which is not a true link between the two objects.

What is the impact?

Understanding the relationship between Feedback Items is extremely manual and almost impossible to track.

Describe your idea

Change the field to be a true linkage relationship between the two objects, (similar to Feedback Item to Feature is today).

Allow idea submitters to create relationship links to other ideas.
