History table in list and pivot reports: hide fields from "History changes" that do not match the filter

What is the challenge?

As an example, we want to identify changes to the "Start date" or "End date" of a feature. The "History changes" column allows us to filter by these fields, so we can isolate records with changes to their data. However, all fields changed for that record are still displayed, not only the start and end date.

What is the impact?

Reviewing changes is time-consuming as we have to cut through the noise to find the specific changes we want to track.
