Bulk delete comments

What is the challenge?

Accidentally added duplicate comments on records via CSV import (as part of a migration from another system), and now do not have an easy way to delete the duplicates—only option is to manually delete one by one.

What is the impact?

Not feasible to spend time manually deleting duplicate comments one by one.

Add ability to bulk delete comments.
