Create and roll out document tree templates

What is the challenge?

We are trying to drive consistency across how our research is carried out and what information is captured in notes across workspaces. Providing a method to define a folder structure of key information which can be rolled out across multiple workspaces will make it easier to find information

To be able to configure document tree to roll out across multiple workspaces to drive consistency and ease of finding product detail. The ideal document tree would include the ability to use existing document and white board templates.
