Add an option to make the "New User instructions" the same as the "Access request instructions"

What is the challenge?

In order to cover all the use cases of a user getting a workspace access error, you have to know about two different settings: Account->"Security and Single sign-on"->"New user instructions", and "Account->Profile->"Access request instructions". If you aren't acutely aware of both places, your instructions may be inconsistent.

What is the impact?

Users don't get the correct instructions for how to ask for access to Aha! resources.

Describe your idea

Either give an option in both places to make the instructions the same. Or add a URL reference to the other place to edit those instructions. This will make it easy to be aware of the two (2) places to edit, or make them one place to edit.
