What is the challenge? |
Aha! Discovery currently only supports live video discussions but some teams also want to facilitate async online feedback, akin to empathy sessions. |
What is the impact? |
Insights from async online feedback discussions can't be combined with interview insights in Aha! Discovery. |
Describe your idea |
Support online conversations natively in Aha! Discovery, or enable imports and analysis of them from other other tools. |
Agree this is needed. I also submitted an idea about tracking feedback from emails. To the other comment, running live interviews with all Beta participants isn't practical, so often times we collect feedback by other means (including email). Would be good to gather those insights, and tracked them via this tool.
We frequently release new features or enhancements in beta and invite users who have expressed interest to participate in testing. Running live user interviews with all beta participants isn't always practical or time-efficient. To support this process, we need a central space to share information about the feature and collect user feedback asynchronously in written form.
Additionally, we may want to host asynchronous workshops or discussions with users during the planning phase of a feature. This would allow us to share proposed designs and early functionality concepts, and gather valuable feedback before development begins.
