Allow to-do custom fields to be included in automation rule triggers

What is the challenge?

Custom layouts can be applied to to-dos and to-dos can be created from automation rules associated to records.

When setting up a to-do none of the custom fields display for users to set.

What is the impact?

Users have to adjust to-dos that are created to set field values which is duplicative work.

Describe your idea

When a custom layout is set for to-do records, display custom fields within the setup screens as to-dos are configured.
