Work Request Data/Information update when change in its original description

What is the challenge?

Currently when a work request is created and aligned to a workspace and it's relevant feature is updated the work request in other workspace is not updated auto.

What is the impact?

User has to manually update the description on to the other workspace by navigating to it manually.

Describe your idea

Idea is to allow the data flow consistency where there would be no need to do the activity of change manually.
