Allow admins without a paid license to manage workspace hierarchy

What is the challenge?

Some teams have central admins who do not manage work in Aha!, just help configure it for end users. These users have full admin permissions and help administrate the account.

This is fine for most settings, but if a customization admin is not a workspace owner, they are unable to modify existing workspaces in the workspace hierarchy. They require a paid seat to do this.

What is the impact?

Increases licenses for users who should not require a license for their role.

Allow a user with full admin permissions to be able to modify the workspace hierarchy without needing to be an owner in every workspace.
