Support custom study types

What is the challenge?

When creating a new study, there is a pre-defined list of types. This doesn't always match how a team categorizes their studies.

What is the impact?

This limits the value of the field.

Describe your idea

Allow users to define study types in workspace settings. Each type should have its own default templates/scripts.
