Additional filters to custom layout steps

What is the challenge?

We use the ideas portal as an internal request system where requests are validated before being promoted. We currently face, for example, issues with too short delivery times being requested or too little opportunity value being presented (although sometimes these could be desirable to have).

What is the impact?

When we have this implemented, we can provide more guidance towards the users about the relevant KPIs ahead of submission of the request and generate better value requests.

Describe your idea

We would like to have a way to use steps with calculated filters (for example "if deliveryDate - today < x, then go to next step" (where a justification for the criticality must be documented by the user). Or "if opportunityValue < y, then go to next step" (where a desirability score would have to be introduced to mitigate the low viability score).
