Add ability to report on source of record creation

What is the challenge?

There are a few ways records can be created today:

• Via the UI

• Copied

• Converted

• Via an integration

It is not easy to quickly understand the source of record creation.

What is the impact?

Teams are trying to understand where records were created in order to better understand user behavior and troubleshoot potential issues.

Describe your idea

Add a new data point on records that can be pulled into reporting so teams are able to easily determine creation method for records.
