Update empty state when searching for record in prioritization view

What is the challenge?

When adding records to a prioritization view, sometimes I search for a record that has already been added to the list.

What is the impact?

I spend several minutes futzing with filters and looking at my record metadata to try to figure out why it isn't showing up so I can add it to the list, before realizing it was already added.

Describe your idea

Display a different empty state when searching for a record that is already in the list.
