Aha! Discovery users who schedule interviews using the built-in scheduling feature already have the ability to generate a meeting link from Zoom or Teams when the interview is scheduled.
This would be an even smoother process if the calendar availability was driven by someone's Outlook calendar and the scheduled/rescheduled interviews added/updated Outlook calendar invites.
It is now possible to integrate Aha! Discovery with your Microsoft Outlook calendar! Set it up in your Personal settings under the new Calendar sync section. When you create a meeting from the scheduling page, choose your calendar in the Availability dropdown. Participants will only see times when you are free — avoiding conflicts and reducing back-and-forth.
