To be able to create Idea Themes for multiple workspaces

What is the challenge?

The challenge is we have multiple workspaces. To drive consistency we would like to create themes across all of our workspaces

What is the impact?

The impact is an inconsistent use of themes across workspaces

Describe your idea

We love the new Themes features on ideas, but it is frustrating that these can't be rollout out over multiple workspaces by an admin user. It would be great to be able to apply a minimum set of themes using workspace templates or using a bulk import
