Enable default unit of time to be selected for capacity tracking at workspace line

What is the challenge?

Currently you are unable to select a default unit of time when tracking capacity at the workspace line level. The only option is days & hours

What is the impact?

Unable to track the total number of hours assigned to an initiative at the workspace line level without calculations

Enable the selection of a default unit of time at the workspace line level. Same as at the workspace level.
