Changing filter default to Reports or dashboards

What is the challenge?

When adding a filter to the top of a list, roadmap, or report it defaults to showing all and they are unchecked and only an option to "clear all selected".

What is the impact?

Makes it tedious to go through and select if a long list.

Describe your idea

Have a "select all" option along with the "clear all" or default to select all and then uncheck what you don't want from the list.
