Cross-Functional Flowchart Template

What is the challenge?

Modern products that are focused on system integrations and/or processes that span systems and teams are difficult to depict without a cross-functional flow chart. Creating such a flow chart from scratch is more inconvenient than using something like the standard template from MS Vizio.

What is the impact?

Deciding not to use Aha! for this and instead back to a Vizio chart saved on OneDrive. (Or may look for another tool)
