Feature Prioritization Filter Merged

What is the challenge?

The filter on the Feature Prioritization recently got updated (Prioritization board/feature). Now you can only set one filter. We liked the old way better being able to filter on the "Unraked" and the "main page"

What is the impact?

We treated the unraked side as a parking lot for features that will eventually get ranked/pulled into the main frame/page. So the parking lot was all future work typically filtered by status and workspace, filtering out any completed work so only pending work will show. Now will the change to the filter. We have to filter out completed work from both. The impact here is once a feature is completed it will immediately go away from the main frame/section not give people the opportunity to speak to features that got moved to done which will utilized this view for most of our leadership communications because of the easy drag and drop moving feature that could be done right in the moment of the discussion. For completed items once spoke to we would drag and drop them to the unranked side and they filter would move them off.
