Idea "ownership / assigned to" needs to be limited.

What is the challenge?

Ideas that are created are assignable to ANYONE that is a user in the workspace. We want ideas to be assigned only to users that are responsible in the org manage the idea.

What is the impact?

Ideas are assigned to users that are not in a role that should own the idea. In addition, some of the users don't even have the proper permissions in Aha to be able to modifiy the Idea. Yet they can be assigned the Idea.

Describe your idea

When someone assigns an idea to an individual they should be able to only see users in the dropdown that my org designated in a special role (PM/OM) to manage the lifecycle of Ideas.
