Free text filters in Reports

What is the challenge?

Right now you can search for things using free text. But although the new AI capability includes the ability to create a report, it just searches all the terms equally. There's no "(A or B) and (1 or 2)". And the report is just a preselected filter. If we had free text filters (for applicable fields), then we could use the advanced filters logic to build something more specific. Also, with multi-select filters, there's no way to automatically capture and include new issues that should appear in the search if you had more customizable filtering.

What is the impact?

Building a report of specific issues it hard. Either capture everything that might vaguely apply (using the search to report), or cherry pick. Both are slow and take ages to build a list of (for example) specific ideas that you want to assess.
