Add AI query and summarization tools to the backend of Aha! Knowledge for internal authoring

What is the challenge?

AI summaries exist on the frontend for customer use, but there’s no equivalent for writers working in the backend.

What is the impact?

Writers can’t easily query existing content, identify where updates are needed, or scale knowledge improvements alongside release notes and feature changes.

Describe your idea

Bring the same AI summarization and search capability from the frontend into the backend. Let writers ask questions about the knowledge base (e.g., “Where else should we refer to Feature Y?” or “What needs updating based on these release notes?”) and get AI-driven suggestions to streamline updates, spot gaps, and improve overall accuracy. Would boost internal efficiency massively and better ensures the frontend AI summaries stay high quality.
