Restrict visibility on initiative or feature based on their status

What is the challenge?

The content of certain initiatives or functionalities must be shared with stakeholders for validation. However, we do not want these stakeholders to have access to all initiatives and features that are not yet in Validation status.

What is the impact?

We are obliged to copy/paste the content of our initiatives and functionalities into notes so that we can share them with our stakeholders.

Describe your idea

We'd like to be able to share specific initiatives and features in the same way as we can for notes, either with guests.
