Ability to turn off or control the autogenerated release date function

What is the challenge?

At present, anytime a release is created without a release date specified, the internal release date will be set 30 days from today's date. There is no way to change the date setting or behavior on this.

What is the impact?

Creating a 30 day release date for releases that intentionally have no release date doesn't add any value and just creates some confusion in views about which dates were actually intentionally set and which were autogenerated by Aha.

Create an ability to either change the number of days for this autogenerated function, or to turn it off entirely.
