Support anonymous voting in Whiteboards

What is the challenge?

When teams run voting sessions in a whiteboard (like a confidence vote in a PI planning session) it can often be hard for users to feel comfortable giving an honest answer when their name is associated to the vote they give. Some companies do not have a culture where all are comfortable to give feedback this way.
